We take copyright infringement seriously. If you believe any content on our site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.

2 Reporting Copyright Infringement

To file a DMCA takedown notice, send a written notification to our designated agent containing all of the following:

1
Your identification — Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
2
The copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including a URL to the original if available online
3
The infringing content — The exact URL(s) on APKVenom where the allegedly infringing material is located
4
Good-faith statement — A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5
Accuracy statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
6
Signature — Your electronic or physical signature

3 Where to Send Your Notice

We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 48–72 hours on business days.

4 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to jurisdiction of the court in your district
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original complainant and may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless a court order is received.

5 Repeat Infringers

APKVenom has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

6 False DMCA Claims

❌ Filing a false or fraudulent DMCA notice is a serious matter. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
